AES provided surveying and civil site design services for this mixed-use block within James City County’s New Town. The block runs along Courthouse Street and turns a slight corner onto Center Street. This section is exemplary of mixed-use design within vertical structures. The block is made up of 5 structures totaling over 26,000 sq. ft. These buildings provide space for 22 condominium units, first-floor retailers, various office spaces, Center Street Grill, and the Corner Pocket, a billiards hall and restaurant. Three residential units are classified as affordable housing.
