AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Chelsea Green, located in New Town, James City County’s first mixed-use development. The development features 69 multi-family units spread across 4.9 acres. The neighborhood features townhomes, 15 of which will be marketed as affordable housing. The homes border pedestrian-friendly streets and small urban park settings.
