Project Description
AES provided full civil site design services for Coal Landing Office Park, located in Stafford County. The 3.28-acre site includes 3 multi-story buildings, 24,000 sq. ft. of office space and landscaped buffering of adjacent residential parcels. The AES site design utilizes multiple retaining walls to step down the site. This design maximizes the developable acreage on a small site encumbered by significant falloff.
