Project Description
AES provided surveying and comprehensive civil site design services for an expansion of the Earl Gregg Swem Library, located on The College of William & Mary campus. The AES designed improvements included a 98,650 sq. ft. expansion, a 166,724 sq. ft. renovation, and updated handicapped access. The AES design blended handicapped parking and access, and loading dock access into the existing features of the structure and the site. All designs were accomplished in accordance with BCOM requirements.
