Project Description
AES provided engineering design services for Patriots Landing, located in New Kent County. The development features cluster subdivision design, walking trails, a community pool, a residence club, and a mix of residential styles. The site also includes a commercial parcel, and 4 lakes covering 36 acres. This upscale, mixed-use community located near Quinton and Bottoms Bridge, required AES to design a stormwater management system consisting of a series of Wet Pond BMPs.
