Project Description
AES provided full civil site design services for Quarterpath Crossing, a retail destination located in James City County. The 15-acre site features 85,600 sq. ft. of retail space, 4 outparcels, and a Harris Teeter grocery store. Quarterpath Crossing is located on the boundary line between James City County and the City of Williamsburg. AES worked with both localities throughout the review process to receive project design approval.
