Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for the Renaissance Park Apartments, located in Virginia Beach. AES engineers worked with the developer to maximize the land use within a triangular-shaped 23-acre site. The AES site design accommodates 400 apartment units, 2 clubhouses, 3 BMP ponds, and 800 parking spaces.
