Project Description
AES provided a variety of services for River’s Edge Townhomes, a 50-acre section of Kingsmill on the James, located along a spine of elevated land overlooking the James River. In addition to maximizing water views for the 62 townhome units, the client required an inspired design to provide the “upscale” nature of the community. Since 1991, AES has provided surveying, civil site design and landscape architecture services for many areas within Kingsmill on the James, a 238-acre, master-planned, residential and resort community, located in James City County.
