Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Village Bend, located in Virginia Beach. The development features 101 single family units spread across 32.5 acres. The center of the development provides homeowners with a 2.2-acre pond and a half-acre park. The AES design includes significant site grading to address the flat topography that dominates much of Virginia’s costal regions.
