Project Description
AES provided comprehensive land planning and civil engineering services for White Hall, located in James City County. The 160-acre site includes 494 total residential units, 243 single family homes, and 251 condominium and townhome units. The AES master plan includes a 300 ft. buffer along Route 60 designed to preserve the corridor’s rural character and enhance views of historic Hickory Neck Church and Waverly Farm. Historic Waverly Farm was integrated into the plan as a focal point of the community.
