Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for the redevelopment of the Williamsburg Pottery located in James City County. The AES site design provides 146,800 sq. ft. of retail space spread over 18.86 acres, and 2,200 feet of Richmond Road (Rt. 60) frontage. The site includes 3 separate buildings in a traditional European Market theme.
