Within Virginia’s rural counties, including the Shenandoah Valley, AES provides comprehensive site design services for poultry houses and livestock facilities.  At the heart of any poultry house or livestock facility are site grading and stormwater management planning.  Geological conditions and layouts for each project are unique.  AES designs are based on survey data and other site-specific information.  Existing elevations, slopes, low-lying areas, rock formations, potential access points, and lot boundary constraints are among the many factors evaluated.  Each design decision is guided by the blend of meeting locality requirements fulfilling the vision of each client, minimizing construction costs, and overall integration with other onsite farming facilities and activities.
