Mr. Harmon’s journey into the world of land surveying began with a job back during his summer high school year of 1987. This initial experience sparked a passion that he carried through his academic pursuits and became the foundation for his professional career. Throughout his career, Mr. Harmon has worked on many diverse projects, showcasing his versatility and skill set. From surveying for a NASCAR race track, to mapping out roads and highways, to surveying residential and commercial developments, he has gained a wealth of experience. Mr. Harmon was also a Certified Floodplain Manager, and is very well versed in FEMA Elevation Certificates and LOMA’s.
Leveraging this experience and his degree in land surveying from Eastern Tennessee State University, Mr. Harmon attained his survey licensure or LS in Tennessee in 1997 and Virginia in 1999. He joined AES in 2024 to lead land surveying efforts for our Harrisburg Office. He enjoys bringing together the technology and talented professionals of AES to provide exceptional service to clients.
