Project Description
AES is providing comprehensive civil engineering services for Patriots Walk, located on Route 14 within Gloucester County. The 522-acre development features 182 lots, 336 acres of open green space, and cluster-style subdivision design. Patriots Walk is being designed in phases to minimize the number of entrances from Route 14 required by VDOT. This approach minimizes construction costs, allowing the developer to focus efforts and resources on the subdivision infrastructure and home sites.
