Project Description
AES provided The Home Depot with commercial site planning services for its 102,500 sq. ft. store, set on 18 acres within York County. AES guided the project team through the York County Special Use Permit process by coordinating wetlands delineation, archeological investigations, a traffic study, and an endangered species study. Additionally, a major water quality impact study was included to protect the watershed of the Waller Mill Reservoir. AES also provided site planning and surveying services for The Home Depot in Waynesboro, Virginia.
