Paul Tschiderer joined AES in 2014 after moving to Virginia from Phoenix, Arizona where he started his engineering career. After Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, he spent time gaining experience working for a civil, structural and forensic engineering firm.

Now as a Project Manager, Paul provides engineering design and construction management to his clients. His portfolio includes retail sites, residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, healthcare facilities, public utilities, and municipal facilities.

Paul’s favorite thing about AES? “Burnout days.” To prevent employee “burnout”, AES coordinates employee-bonding and team-building opportunities throughout the year. If you want to join this amazing team, Paul’s advice is “be prepared to work and have fun!”
