Favorite aspect of your job?
The things I enjoy most about my job are the people I get to work with, the wide range of projects I get to work on, and being able to see a project I’ve worked on in the “real world” following completion.
Favorite activities outside of work?
I enjoy a wide range of things outside of work — chief among those is spending time with my family (wife, Victoria, and two kids, Evan & Hadley) and friends. Gaming is a fun thing I like to do when I am able, and I’d never turn down a chance to attend a sporting event.
Another occupation you would like to try?
Probably something to do with coding – programming languages have always seemed fun to explore, I’ve just never had the chance to really dive deep into that field.
After graduating from Virginia Tech, Mr. Schaible joined AES in 2015, as an Engineer I. Under the training of mentorship and training of Project Managers and Sr. Engineers, Mr. Schaible learned the fundamentals of engineering design for land development. He has progressed through a number of rules as his experience widened, his skill set improved, and his direct responsibilities to clients increased.
Today, Mr. Schaible is an AES shareholder and Project Manager, providing engineering design efforts on projects assigned to his team, while also maintaining direct lines of communication with clients, contractors, and localities.
