AES provided civil site design services, a supplemental topo and assisted with the special use permit for Helena Agri-Enterprises Plymouth, NC location. Helena Agri-Enterprises increased their facility by adding a 70′ diameter liquid fertilizer storage tank and a liquid chemical building with truck loading/unloading to their Plymouth location.
