AES provided comprehensive civil site design services for the Eastern Eye Associates office building, located on Route 17 in Gloucester County. The first phase of this multi-phase development includes a 15,000 sq. ft. medical office facility. The project included designs for Route 17 improvements, including a new turning lane to serve the site.
