Midtown Row wins HRACRE’s 2022 Best Multi-Family/Commercial Housing Project Award of Excellence! At the 26th Annual Design Awards Program on November 10th, Bonstra | Haresign Architects accepted the award on behalf of the project design team.
AES provided comprehensive civil site design and surveying services for Midtown Row, a mixed-use redevelopment located in Williamsburg. Midtown Row has 10 buildings on 19.02 acres. The design includes 240 residential units, 233,047 sq. ft. of retail space, and 6,319 sq. ft. of office space. Since this is a redevelopment, the AES team had to make sure water and wastewater elements would work with the existing infrastructure. To view more of our mixed-use portfolio, click here.
