AES provided full civil site design services for the Marriott Manor Club, a timeshare condominium development located in James City County. The 22-acre site includes 200 time share units, 10 buildings, a pool, a spa, and tennis courts. The AES design blends manicured gardens with stately multi-family buildings. Winding beneath a canopy of trees, intimate walkways connect outdoor gathering spaces. The Marriott Manor Club is located within Ford’s Colony, a large and well-known community for which AES has provided significant engineering and land planning services.
