AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Noland Green, a redevelopment project located in the City of Newport News. AES provided land development consulting services for the renovation of a former Noland office building near City Hall. The 82,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility and its accompanying 2-acre site were repurposed into low-income and affordable multi-family units.
