Modular Office Building Site

AES provided surveying and civil site design for a 200,000 sq. ft. modular office building on a 20-acre site. The site is bordered by Washington Boulevard, Shultz Place, 24th Street and Taylor Avenue.

Army Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility

AES provided survey support and construction stakeout for this 22-acre site that features two buildings measuring 8,750 sq. ft. and 45,679 sq. ft. The project included a vehicle maintenance shop, organizational vehicle parking, an oil storage building, a deployment equipment storage area, an IDS, EMCS, and special foundations due to varying soil conditions.

Joint Task Force Center

AES provided survey support and construction stakeout for an 8-acre site featuring a 38,232 sq. ft. facility. The surveying included a storm sewer system, a bio-retention basin, a water line, a sanitary sewer extension, a generator, a chiller pad, approximately 4,800 ft. of curb/gutter, building pads and approximately 750 ft. of sidewalks.
