AES provided full civil site design services for the Williamsburg Marriott, located in James City County near the Busch Gardens amusement park. The 6-story, 281,339 sq. ft. hotel offers 281 rooms. The 14.75-acre site features tennis courts, a pool, and a health club. Landscaped sidewalks connect the hotel center to outdoor amenities and provide intimate green spaces within a fully developed urban corridor.
