Congratulations to AES! Our surveyors, engineers, and landscape architects are creating the site for a new WAWA located at 4007 Ironbound Road. Following surveying and rezoning support, the AES team is currently working on civil site design, stormwater management design, landscape and lighting plans, and design of off-site roadway improvements. This new 1.93-acre site features 6,000 square feet of retail space, 6 fuel pumps and adjoining parking improvements.
