AES provided full civil site design services for Cambria Cove located in Chesterfield County. The 200-acre site includes waterfront lots, a clubhouse, a community pool, walking trails and 215 single family homes. The AES site design maximizes the area’s natural features including wooded sections, rolling terrain, and the 1,700-acre Swift Creek Reservoir. The design utilizes a shallow marsh system to provide bioretention and protect wetlands features while providing beautiful water views. Single family detached homes are set on 1/2 and 2-acre lots.
