Civil Site Design ✔️ Land Planning ✔️ Surveying ✔️
School is back in session from the holiday, and we’re flashing back to one of our K-12 projects. AES provided comprehensive civil site design, land planning, and surveying for James Blair Middle School in Williamsburg, Virginia, back in 2015. This three-story, 64.319 sq. ft. building sits on an 18.22-acre site. The design included a 193-space parking lot, athletic field improvements, roadway and entrance improvements, an 8″ DIP fire line, and a private gravity system.
