Freddy’s, Route 60 Williamsburg – AES Project Update

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is coming to Williamsburg!

This new Freddy’s location can be found on Route 60 between Kyoto Japanese Steak & Seafood and Southern Pancake & Waffle House. AES provided updates to the site to convert an old Pizza Hut building that closed some time ago. The existing building has since been demolished and a brand new building has been constructed.

The design provided by AES also included the demolition of a majority of the existing parking lot. The new design features a separated drive aisle for the drive-thru. This will greatly improve the traffic flow through the site.  Also included in the design are water and sewer utility upgrades and drainage improvements based on the site’s impervious cover being reduced.

Construction commenced on the site in late July of 2022 and the restaurant is scheduled to be completed and open in late 2022.
