Earlier this month, AES Cares led a company-wide volunteering effort. AES employees volunteered their time to assist Peninsula Rescue Mission to join their fight against homelessness.

AES helped to serve dinner at The House of Refuge, Peninsula Rescue Mission’s men’s emergency shelter. Breakfast and dinner are just a couple of the many services offered each day. The House of Refuge opens their doors 365 days a year to men experiencing homelessness. Other services include: a safe place to sleep, laundry services and hot showers.

AES Cares is committed to helping uncover solutions to local homelessness. We are dedicated to helping improve access to affordable housing for groups such as US military veterans, the elderly and the disadvantaged. We are prepared to support the care of children afflicted by cancer.
